IronCoach is your personalized AI coach built into the app. After every session you log, IronCoach reviews your skill, your checkpoint, and your session quality — then gives you targeted feedback on what went well and what to focus on next. It's not generic advice. It knows your progression level, your recent sessions, and your active skill. Iron Athlete users get 50 coaching messages per day for back-and-forth conversation. Free users get one feedback response per session.
A pull-up bar is essential for most skills. Parallettes or blocks help for planche and press work but aren't required to start. All progressions are bodyweight-based.
Tutorials show you what to do. IronFit tells you where to start, tracks your progress, and gives you coaching feedback after every session. The readiness test places you at the right level so you're not guessing.
Handstand Press and Planche to Handstand unlock after completing their prerequisite skills. They're Iron Athlete only and represent the highest-level progressions in the app.
